Dear Friends and Ti's worldwide, i first wanted to answer the mail of Mo about Ti John Finch with my usual reasonable style, that i also support John Finch , i regret we dont get any further than some who do things, that ofcourse alsways can be better, and others seem to try to make things better by personal accusations while fundamentally they want to say, that we all should get more efficient by cooperating.
Cooperating is the middle between two extremes of "just doing all self" or "just demanding others to do", was on my mind about this. Finally i decided to post as an answer to this , A POEM by Ruth Berbermeyer , because it explains mutch better in this case , the crusial problem we face so long of not being able to organize, and why i think we need to learn to understand, the secrets of efficient communcation behind cooperation .

FROM BOOK (Marshall Rosenberg Nonviolent Communications 2003), THIS POEM
WORDS ARE WINDOWS (OR ARE THE WALLS?)
by Ruth Bebermeyer
I feel so sentenced by your words,
I feel so judged and sent away,
Before I go I've got to know
Is that what you mean to say?
Before I rise to my defense,
Before I speak in hurt or fear,
Before I build that wall of words,
Tell me, did I really hear?
Words are windows, or they're walls,
They sentence us, or set us free.
When I speak and when I hear,
Let the love light shine through me.
There are things I need to say,
Things that mean so much to me,
If my words don't make me clear,
Will you help me to be free?
If I seemed to put you down,
If you felt I didn't care,
Try to listen through my words
To the feelings that we share. –R.B.

Dear All,I must say that I do NOT agree with the statement that John Finch caused harm to TIs by his complaints to different organizations.I regard John as a very serious TI who knows how to operate, and defend The Rule of Law.Best Regards,Mostafa Hosny

In The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, Kuhn argued that science does not progress via a linear accumulation of new knowledge, but undergoes periodic revolutions, also called "paradigm shifts" , in which the nature of scientific inquiry within a particular field is abruptly transformed. In general, science is broken up into three distinct stages. Prescience, which lacks
a central paradigm, comes first. This is followed by "normal science", when scientists attempt to enlarge the central paradigm by "puzzle-solving". Thus, the failure of a result to conform to the paradigm is seen not as refuting the paradigm, but as the mistake of the researcher. As anomalous results build up, science reaches a crisis, at which point a new paradigm, which subsumes the old results along with the anomalous results into one framework, is accepted. This is termed revolutionary science.
